We would like to inform you that Revvity Signals ChemDraw versions 20.x, 21.x & 22.x (including ChemDraw Prime & ChemDraw Professional) are now in the Sunset phase of the Product Life Cycle, and will reach End of Life ("EOL") on September 30, 2026.
During the Sunset phase, we will continue to provide limited support to each Customer with active maintenance for this Product, as described in the Product Life Cycle. Except for the support options described in the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle, once EOL is reached, Revvity Signals will no longer provide technical support, updates, activations, or codes for versions 20.x, 21.x & 22.x of ChemDraw. Please note, installers for these versions of ChemDraw are no longer available for download in the Revvity Signals Download portal as of March 25, 2024. ChemDraw products include ChemDraw Prime, ChemDraw Professional, Chem3D, ChemFinder, ChemDraw for Excel and Chemscript.
Customers with a current annual subscription or under active maintenance have access to the latest version from the Download Center. Customers with existing perpetual licensing who are not currently under active maintenance can purchase an upgrade license.
