We would like to inform you that all versions of E-Notebook, ChemBioOffice Enterprise (CBOE), and CBOE Applications are entering the Sunset phase of the Product Life Cycle, effective January 20, 2025. The sunset phase will conclude on January 1, 2027, at which point these products will be End-of-Life (“EOL”).
During the Sunset phase, we will continue to address critical defects, as outlined in the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle, and provide support to customers with an active subscription or support and maintenance plan for the E-Notebook and CBOE products. However, no feature enhancements or non-critical hotfixes will be delivered for these products or their versions during this phase.
On January 1, 2027, the Sunset phase will conclude, and these products will reach End of Life (EOL). At that point, Revvity Signals will no longer support them.

Support/Maintenance & Subscription Contracts:
Customers may renew Support & Maintenance and/or Subscriptions for these products during the sunset period, provided that the term of those contracts end on or before December 31, 2026. Extended Support will not be offered for these products.
Recommended Action:
We strongly encourage customers to transition to Signals Notebook or Signals Research Suite, applications leveraging the SaaS Signals Platform. The Signals Platform offers enhanced features, improved collaboration tools, and seamless integration with other Revvity products, providing a comprehensive and powerful platform for research management.
To support this transition, we have developed robust data migration tools that ensure users can easily transfer to and access their historical data in the Signals Platform. This move enables a new level of integration across applications, including simplified licensing and user management. By adopting the Signals Platform, customers can fully leverage the capabilities of our cutting-edge research technology ecosystem while maintaining access to their valuable existing data.
As a customer, if you believe your contract entitles you to access the E-Notebook or CBOE source code, please contact Revvity Signals Customer Support by January 1, 2026, for verification and potential access.
Revvity Signals is dedicated to your satisfaction. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or are interested in other options during this transition by contacting Support.
