We would like to inform you that as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our product offerings and to ensure we provide the best possible support; we are announcing the sunsetting of the On Premises ChemBioOffice Enterprise (CBOE) versions listed below:
Sunsetting Timeline and Details:
Version 19.x and Version 20.x
- Sunsetting Period: September 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, after which these versions will reach End of Life.
Version 21.x
- Sunsetting Period: January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, after which these versions will reach End of Life.
If you are using any of these versions of CBOE, we advise you to upgrade to the latest version or if you are looking to move away from on premises technology and into the cloud, Signals Notebook is the best choice.
During the Sunset phase, Revvity Signals will continue to provide Support to customers with an active Subscription or Support and Maintenance Plan. Only critical defects, as defined in the Revvity Signals Global Support policy, will be addressed for these product versions in the Sunset stage. No feature enhancements or regular service releases will be issued for these product versions during the Sunset phase.
Once these versions reach the End-of-Life date, we will no longer provide support services or release new features, updates, or patches for the specified versions.
