We would like to inform you that Signals Notebook Individual Edition product is now in the Sunset phase of the Product Life Cycle, and Signals Notebook Individual Edition will reach End of Life ("EOL") on March 1, 2025.
During the Sunset phase, we will continue to provide limited support to each Customer with an active license for this Product, as described in the Product Life Cycle. Except for the support options described in the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle, once EOL is reached, Revvity Signals will no longer provide support for this product, and users will lose access to their Signals Notebook Individual accounts. All data in Signals Notebook Individual Edition will be destroyed after the product reaches End of Life, and will not be recoverable.
Customers can either export Signals Notebook Individual Edition data to files as a backup OR opt to transition to Signals Notebook Standard, which provides additional scientific workflow capabilities and administrative control. Signals Notebook Standard can be purchased as a standalone license, or along with a Signals ChemDraw University Edition Institutional license.
If you are a local admin for your Signals Notebook license and have access to Signals Notebook Std Edition, you will need to add users to the Std tenant, so your end users can import their data from Individual Edition. If you are an end user using the Individual Edition, please contact your local administrator to see if you have access to the Std Edition, so you can move your data over.
The following article explains how one can either move data from Individual Edition to Std Edition or export your data as files as a backup if you do not have immediate access to Std Edition:
If your organization does not currently have Signals Notebook Standard Edition or you are not sure, please contact your local admin if you are an end user or if you are an Admin, please contact our sales team:
