E-Notebook: Database Table filters require user action to be saved

When creating filters for any section using a Database Table field, users need to save their changes by clicking on the top left corner icon on the field:

Navigating away from the section without clicking this button will forget your filter changes. Saving the section will NOT save your filter changes.
