Description: In rare instances, users may observe a change in weight units when transferring data from a balance to the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
Cause: The issue typically stems from integration problems between the balance machine and the Moxa device, rather than the ELN itself. The ELN simply retrieves data pushed from the Moxa device. One possible reason for this discrepancy is that the value might be passed to the ELN without units. In such cases, the ELN defaults to a predetermined weight unit, which may differ from the original measurement unit used by the balance.
Recommended Solution: Reset the Balance and Moxa Device
