Registration records missing certain date values like:
- Batch Modified date
- Batch Created Date
Can return an error message similar to the following when trying to add them to ELN from CBOE-ELN Integration:
This is likely to occur with data that was inserted directly into the database through SQL into the BATCHES table.
Setting a proper date value into the corresponding columns/records and performing an IIS RESET will resolve the issue.
