Details:
Check whether the user account exists in your system or if it may have been deactivated. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Log in with E-notebook Administrator credentials
- Navigate to the "Everyone" section, then select "User Group"
- Search for the username
- If the account is found but inactive, please reactivate the user account as shown in the attached screenshot

Once completed, please have the user attempt to log in again.
