Problem:

Unable to Sign and Close Experiment in Enotebook Workgroup, error: error creating rendition for E-Signatures: while rendering, there is no folder named "Document Settings" in in rendering folder "Rendering Folder" Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 issue.

Solution:

If the rendering folder is not complete in the ELNAdmin Configuration folder you will receive the error above, please try the following to resolve this problem: Login to Enotebook using an Administrator account - Click on the View Menu >> Go To >> Browse All. - Expand the ELNAdmin folder -> User Configuration -> Rendering Folder - Right-click the Rendering Folder and select the option to Import... - Import the following files, one by one:
* Document Settings.XML
* E-Signatures.xml
* Page Section Types.XML
-----Please right-click on each file and select the option to "Save Link As.."------
Retest the problem, if the issue persist please contact Cambridgesoft Support so we can check your E-Signatures database (CS_LTA) and the CS_LTA_USER security and login properties in your server.
