Applicable Versions:
ELN 13.9.x and 12.1.x; with MS Office 2016 and 365

a) Uninstall MS office using special tool from Microsoft. The link for the same:

(This tool was designed by Microsoft, it fully uninstalls any version of Office from the computer)
b) Reinstall MS Office
c) Run the registry fix after reinstalling Office
d) Reinstall E-Notebook
