Problem: Signals Notebook does not display the uploaded file preview
Solution: This issue can happen when:
- The preview service is busy. Please wait a few minutes the preview will be generated, or try again to import at a later time.
- The preview service is down. If previews failed consistently over a long period of time please contact support to report the problem.
- The size of the document has exceeded the maximum allowed for preview. For current limits, please refer to our User Guide > Working with Information Items > Uploading Files.
