We would like to inform you that Revvity Signals iLabTM Laboratory Execution System (“iLab”) and LimsLinkTM Laboratory Integration Software (“LimsLink”) standalone products will enter the Sunset phase of the Product Life Cycle effective January 3, 2020. During the Sunset phase, we will continue to address critical defects, as defined in Revvity Signals' Global Support policy, and provide support to each customer with an active subscription or support-and-maintenance plan for the iLab/LimsLink product(s). No feature enhancements or regular service releases will be issued for these products/product versions during the Sunset phase. Any active projects related to this product may be completed or de-booked, at your option. On January 3, 2021, the Sunset phase will end and the iLab and LimsLink products will reach End of Life (“EOL”). Except for the support options described in the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle policy. Revvity Signals will no longer provide support or hosting services for the iLab/LimsLink standalone products at EOL. For customers with term licenses, we will automatically convert your term licenses into perpetual licenses at EOL so that you may use the software as long as you like.
For those customers who wish to migrate their iLab solution upon EOL, we have collaborated with iVention to offer customers an alternative to iLab. iVention’s iLES Lab Execution Platform is a web-based, scalable and extensible platform for which iVention has performed initial assessments on migrating Revvity Signals iLab to iVention iLES. If you are interested in this solution, please contact iVention directly at support@ivention.nl to discuss the process and costs associated with the migration.
For those customers who wish to migrate their LimsLink only solution upon EOL, we have collaborated with two companies to offer customers an alternative to LimsLink. If you are interested in an alternate solution, please contact either Scitara Corporation or Csols directly to discuss the process and costs associated with the migration.

Finally, if you believe you are entitled to receive a copy of the source code for the iLab or LimsLink product pursuant to your contract, please contact Customer Support no later than December 1, 2020 so that we may verify your request and, if so verified, provide you with access to such source code.
