Support Policy (End of Support) for the TIBCO Spotfire 10.2 product family

On June 30, 2020, TIBCO is officially ending support for version 10.2 and prior versions of the
TIBCO Spotfire product family. This includes the following products: ?TIBCO Analytics
?TIBCO Analytics Business Author Add-On
?TIBCO Analytics Consumer Add-On
?TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services
?TIBCO Spotfire Analyst
?TIBCO Spotfire Business Author
?TIBCO Spotfire Consumer
?TIBCO Spotfire Desktop
?TIBCO Spotfire Desktop Developer Edition
?TIBCO Spotfire Developer
?TIBCO Spotfire Qualification
?TIBCO Spotfire Server

This also includes release 4.4.1 and prior versions of the following product ?TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R

Note: ?TIBCO Spotfire version 7.11 LTS is not affected by this announcement.

This action will take effect on June 30, 2020. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade as soon as possible to a supported release of the product.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, will be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2020. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30, 2020.
