Sunset Notice – ChemBioOffice Desktop 13,ChemDraw Prime 15,ChemDraw Professional 15,ChemOffice 15 Suite

As per the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle, ChemBioOffice 13.x, including all Desktop 13.x suites and components as well as the ChemOffice 15.x suite (including ChemDraw Prime 15.x, ChemDraw Professional 15.x, and ChemOffice Professional 15.x) have entered the Sunset phase, effective October 31st, 2018. Unless otherwise provided, the Sunset phase shall end one (1) year from the effective date immediately above. On October 31 2019, these versions of ChemBioOffice, ChemOffice and related products will reach End of Life (“EOL”). During the Sunset phase, we will continue to provide limited support to each Customer with an active maintenance for this Product, as described in the Product Life Cycle. Except for the support options described in the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle, once EOL is reached Revvity Signals will no longer provide support for these products. Desktop suite products include ChemDraw Std, ChemDraw Pro, ChemOffice Std, ChemBioDraw Ultra, ChemBioOffice Ultra and ChemBio3D Ultra, ChemFinder and ChemBioFinder for the Desktop suite 13.x, and ChemDraw Prime, ChemDraw Professional, and ChemOffice Professional for the Desktop suite 15.x. Customers using the ChemDraw Active-X control CDAX Const or CDAX Const NA 15.0 in E-Notebook (12.x) can continue using that version of CDAX and also upgrade their desktop environment to a later version of ChemDraw. Customers with a current Annual Subscription or under active maintenance are eligible for upgrade. Customers with existing perpetual licensing who are not currently under active maintenance can purchase an upgrade license.
