Sunset Notice – Lead Discovery for Tibco Spotfire, Versions 5.1, 5.2, 6.02, 7.0, 7.1, 7.1.1

As per the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle, Lead Discovery for Tibco Spotfire, Versions 5.1, 5.2, 6.02, 7.0, 7.1, 7.1.1 have entered the Sunset phase, effective January 30th 2017. Unless otherwise provided, the Sunset phase shall end one (1) year from the effective date immediately above. On January 30th 2018, these versions of Lead Discovery will reach End of Life (“EOL”). During the Sunset phase, we will continue to provide limited support to each Customer with an active maintenance for this Product, as described in the Product Life Cycle. Except for the support options described in the Revvity Signals Product Life Cycle, once EOL is reached Revvity Signals will no longer provide support for these products.

Customers are encouraged to upgrade their installation to a newer version of Lead Discovery. Specific version recommendations are outlined below:

· Customers using Lead Discovery v7.1.1, 7.1, 7.0 or 6.0.2 on Spotfire 7.0 should upgrade to Lead Discovery 7.1.2. Alternatively, customers could upgrade their Spotfire server to a newer platform. We recommend migrating to Spotfire 7.7 and Lead Discovery 7.4 unless any additional requirements preclude this change.

· Customers using Lead Discovery v5.1, 5.2, or using another version of Lead Discovery on Spotfire 6.0 or below should immediately plan to upgrade their Spotfire server to a supported version of Spotfire, and the most recent release of Lead Discovery for that platform. We recommend migrating to Spotfire 7.7 and Lead Discovery 7.4 unless any additional requirements preclude this change.

· Spotfire 6.5 will cease being under full support on 31-Mar-2017. We recommend migrating to Spotfire 7.7 and Lead Discovery 7.4 unless any additional requirements preclude this change.
