CRO creation is a required step to use Signals Synergy.
A warning will be given on the CRO Card if there are no departments. A CRO requires departments to be created.

2️⃣ Contract Research Organizations section ➡ select [Create CRO]
3️⃣ Create Organization section ➡ type/select Organization Name* Description Domain CRO Address* Country* Allocated Licenses*
4️⃣ Create Organization section ➡ select [Save & Continue]
