Signals Synergy: Create a CRO User from Synergy Configuration

Prior to this task:

✔ A Contract Research Organization must be created.

*Required.

Supporting Knowledge

† the portion of the [Create User] button is used to perform bulk user actions.

Users are external to Signals and Sponsor organization to whom work is assigned.

Note: The same Alias cannot be assigned to two users.

Sponsors expect to create first few users in CRO.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Contract Research Organizations]
2️⃣ Contract Research Organizations section ➡ select desired CRO
3️⃣ CRO Details pane ➡ select Users
4️⃣ CRO Users section ➡ select [Create User]†
5️⃣ Create CRO User section ➡ type/select First Name* Last Name* Email* Alias Country* Synergy CRO License
6️⃣ Create CRO User section ➡ select [Create]
