Supporting Knowledge

Notes: There can be many kinds of administrators in Signals. With Signals Synergy, there is minimally a Sponsor administrator and a CRO administrator for each CRO. These are different from an overall Signals system administrator.

Within the limits of the CRO permissions, Work Orders and Experiments (if enabled) are assigned to users by CRO administrators. Additionally, users are added or removed, and departments are moved as necessary by administrators.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Contract Research Organizations]
2️⃣ Contract Research Organizations section ➡ select desired CRO
3️⃣ CRO Details pane ➡ select Administrators
4️⃣ CRO Administrators section ➡ select [Create Admin]
5️⃣ Create CRO Administrator section ➡ type/select First Name* Last Name* Email* Alias Country* Synergy CRO License
6️⃣ Create CRO Administrator section ➡ select [Create]
