Signals Synergy: Bulk import CRO Users from Synergy Configuration

Prior to this task:

✔ A Contract Research Organization must be created.

Supporting Knowledge

After upload, an import report .csv file can be downloaded, and the status of the user import (successes, warnings, failures) will be shown.
When the .csv file is generated for upload, a comma (,) must be used as the separating character and double quotes (") must be used for strings.
All users from a single submission must be from the same country.
If columns are filled out incorrectly or left blank, users will not be imported. An error message will be displayed.
An activation email with the link to access the instance will be sent to newly added users.
If the number of imported users exceeds available licenses, the bulk import will fail.
License counts are displayed in the upper-right corner of the window.

2️⃣ Contract Research Organizations section ➡ select CRO with users to modify
3️⃣ CRO Details pane ➡ select Users
4️⃣ CRO Users section ➡ select [Create User] ➡ select [Bulk Import]
5️⃣ Bulk User Import section ➡ select [Download Template]
6️⃣ Users .csv file ➡ open .csv file created ➡ add users to template ➡ save .csv file
7️⃣ Bulk User Import section ➡ type/select Country* [Choose File]
8️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select .csv file with users ➡ select [Open]
9️⃣ Bulk User Import section ➡ select [Add New Users]
