Signals Synergy: Bulk update CRO Users from Synergy Configuration

Prior to this task:

✔ A Contract Research Organization must be created.

✔ User must be created.

Supporting Knowledge

Note: Changing the user's email will remove all API keys assigned to the user on all domains.

When the .csv file is generated for upload, a comma (,) must be used as the separating character and double quotes (") must be used for strings.
If columns are filled out incorrectly or left blank, those users will not be imported. Additionally, if no users are updated, an error message will be displayed.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Contract Research Organizations]
2️⃣ Contract Research Organizations section ➡ select CRO with users to modify
3️⃣ CRO Details pane ➡ select Users
4️⃣ CRO Users section ➡ select [Create User] ➡ select [Bulk Update]
5️⃣ Bulk User Update section ➡ select [Download Current Users]
6️⃣ Users .csv file ➡ open .csv file created ➡ update users to template ➡ save .csv file
7️⃣ Bulk User Update section ➡ select [Choose File]
8️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select .csv file with users ➡ select [Open]
9️⃣ Bulk User Update section ➡ select [Update Users]
