Signals Synergy: Edit a CRO Collaboration template from Synergy Configuration

Prior to this task:

✔ A Contract Research Organization must be created.

✔ A Collaboration must be created.

Supporting Knowledge

If a field is grayed out then it is unable to be edited. The exception is Description field which can be edited from the [Properties] editor in the top right of the Edit Collaboration page.
A CRO Collaboration can also be edited by selecting the [Properties] icon in the top right while in the Edit Collaboration page.
Editing the Assign portions of a Collaboration is not available in the [Properties] portion of the editor.

1️⃣ Signals Synergy Configuration ➡ select [Collaborations]
2️⃣ Collaborations section ➡ select Collaboration to edit
3️⃣ Edit Collaboration ➡ type/select Name* Description Status Internal Description (Hidden from CRO) Internal Name (Hidden from CRO) Assign Internal User Groups* Assign CRO Assign CRO Departments Any Additional fields
4️⃣ Edit Collaboration ➡ select [Update]
