✔ Synergy Experiment template must be created.
✔ User, Group, or CRO must be created.

Supporting Knowledge
Note: When sharing with a CRO, the target department must be selected from within the CRO name section by clicking on the CRO.
When sharing, admin users can decide whether to grant Read, Write, or Full Control access:
- Read – can view but not edit.
- Write – can edit and trash.
- Full Control – any action is available.
A user or group's access can be removed by clicking the [Remove User] next to the
[permission] dropdown.
If a menu is grayed out, then it is unable to be edited.
