Sunset Notice – Signals Translational

We would like to inform you that Signals Translational software (“ST”) products will enter the Sunset phase of the Product Life Cycle effective June 30, 2022. During the Sunset phase, we will continue to address critical defects, as defined in Revvity Signals’ Global Support policy, and provide support to each customer with an active subscription or support-and-maintenance plan for the ST product(s). No feature enhancements or regular service releases will be issued for these products/product versions during the Sunset phase.  Support options described in the Revvity Signals’ Product Life Cycle policy.  Support will remain active through 31 August 2023.  Then the sunset phase will end, and the ST products will reach End of Life (“EOL”).  Customers can opt to transition to our next-generation platform (which will include most ST functionality), Signals Clinical (“SC”).  SC demonstrations will be available starting 20 March 2023.
