Signals Synergy: Learn about Collaborations in Signals

Collaborations are a secure, dedicated space for Sponsors and CROs to work together. 

Navigate to the Collaborations page by selecting the [Collaborations icon] from the toolbar or selecting the View Collaborations button from the Home Page.

Collaborations can be filtered using the [Enter text to search], sorting alphabetically by name, or sorting by date modified/created using the corresponding dropdown menu.

Change the view for how Collaborations are displayed using the icons for [Card], [Image], [Detail], or [Table].

Select the desired Collaboration entry to view details in read-only mode. Collaboration details are created and edited by the Sponsor Administrator.

The status of the Collaboration may be changed if the Sponsor has the Manage Collaborations permission. The options available depend on the current state:

• New: Only accessible to the Sponsor (default state when a Collaboration is created).
• Send: Converts the status from New to Active, sending the Collaboration to the CRO.
• Active: Work Orders can be sent to the CRO, Synergy Experiments may be received from the CRO, and activity tracking takes place.
• Hold: Pauses CRO access to the Collaboration by making it read-only.
• Complete: Removes CRO access to the Collaboration; however, the Sponsor may still make changes.
• Close: The Collaboration is in read-only mode for all user types.
