Signals Synergy: Add User from the Synergy CRO Configuration

For CRO Administrators only.

*Required.

1️⃣ Synergy CRO Configuration ➡ select   [Add Users]
2️⃣ CRO Users ➡ select [Create User]
3️⃣ Create User ➡ type/select First Name* Last Name* Email* Alias Country* Enable Synergy CRO License
4️⃣ Create User ➡ select [Create]

Supporting Knowledge

Users may also be added in bulk by selecting the [Bulk Import] icon. To add users in bulk, download the provided .csv template using the [Download Template] button and edit in Excel to add the desired users. Complete the mandatory fields including uploading the completed .csv file using the [Choose File] button, a preview of the file is shown in the right-hand panel. Finally, select [Add New Users].
