Signals Synergy: Deactivate a User from the Synergy CRO Configuration

For CRO Administrators only.  

Prior to this task: 

✔ User must be created.

1️⃣ Synergy CRO Configuration ➡ select   [Add Users]
2️⃣ CRO Users ➡ select user to deactivate
3️⃣ Edit CRO User ➡ select [Deactivate]
4️⃣ Confirm deactivation of user ➡ select [Deactivate User]

Supporting Knowledge

• Select the [Synergy CRO Licenses] checkbox under Synergy CRO License to quickly enable or disable the license for a given user. 
   
• Use the [Current | Inactive] toggle to change the view of the displayed users.
• Select an existing user to view their details and edit the available fields.
