Signals Synergy: Learn about Review and Submit Synergy Experiments

Once a Synergy Experiment is complete, select the [current status] from the dropdown menu and choose Sign and Add CRO Reviewers or Sign and Submit (if enabled by the Sponsor Administrator).

Sign and Add CRO Reviewers allows the CRO Manager or user to sign the Synergy Experiment using the provided checkbox and to add additional CRO Department Managers as reviewers. Their review must be completed before the Synergy Experiment can be submitted to the Sponsor. The associated Work Order will continue to appear in the In Progress column of the Kanban board, but the status will show as In Review.

When the CRO Reviewer logs in, they will receive a notification that an item is available for review and can choose to Reject and Reopen or Accept and Review. The status of the Synergy Experiment will then update to Submitted.

Sign and Submit signs the Synergy Experiment and directly submits to the Sponsor. The status of the Synergy Experiment will then update to Submitted.
