Signals Synergy: Accept or decline a Work Order in Signals

Prior to this task:

✔ Work Order must be created and assigned to a CRO Department/Area. 

✔ CRO User must have Manager permission to accept/decline Work Orders. 

✔ Work Order must be in the "To-Do" State.

1️⃣ Work Orders ➡ To-Do column ➡ select Work Order
2️⃣ Work Order Summary ➡ select Accept/Decline

Notes:

• When a Sponsor creates and sends a Work Order, it becomes visible in the Work Queue in the "To Do" state to all users within the CRO Department/Area.
• Only CRO Users with Manager privileges can accept or reject Work Orders assigned and sent by Sponsors. Once the Work Order is accepted and assigned to a CRO User, the Work Order state updates to "Start Work".
