Raw data intended for processing is moved into the Failed Files Location (Instrument Parameters → Failed Files Location). To diagnose the issue, users must review both Automation Server Scripts log files and Health Checker log files, as these contain the root‑cause error messages.

- Confirm Scan mask for specific instrument matches the data type.
- Confirm Files are not compressed or zipped format.
- Check Automation Server processing log files:
- Navigate to the Common Logs directory. The path is defined in the CONFIG.INI file under: [Paths]: CommonLogsDir.
- In the dated subfolder, open the log file associated with the relevant process and review it for errors.
- Check Health Checker log files:
- Navigate to the folder containing Health Checker logs. The path is defined in the CONFIG.INI file under: [Paths]: HealthCheckerLogsDir.
- Open the corresponding mainHealthChecker.fsbin log file and search for error messages.

- The Health Checker tool (according to the schedule configured in the Automation Server Configurator) validates:
- The accuracy of paths defined in the Instruments and KAT_Sequence record sets, and
