Katalyst: Cannot select wells as standards for a calibration curve

Description

When selecting analytical wells as standards for a calibration curve, the intended wells are not visible or available for selection.

Solution

A well must meet all of the following requirements to be used as a standard:

• Fully defined composition: The well’s composition must be complete.

• Non-zero component amounts: Every component in the well must have a non-zero amount. Zero values are not permitted for standards.

• Attached analytical data: The well must have analytical data attached.

Review each intended standard well and correct any missing or invalid information. Then try marking the wells as standards again.
