Description
When users attempt to open the Katalyst page, the starting page does not load. This issue typically occurs when the Apache Tomcat service on the Katalyst Web Server is not running or the Katalyst app did not restart.
Solution
- On the Katalyst Web Server machine, open Windows Task Manager.
- Select the Services tab and verify that the Apache Tomcat service status is Running.
- If the service is not running, start it manually.
- Confirm the Katalyst application is started in Tomcat Manager app.
- If the app is stopped, start it.
